Green House Effect!

Hello again,

ok so for the past couple weeks in class we have been looking at the green house effect and in class today we looked a short film about it and the task today is to ask to questions for some one else in our class to answer so here are my questions:

1.What is your favourite green energy and why?

2. What was your favourite part of the short film and why?

Thank you for reading Frankie.

Saving Heironymus!

Hi everybody,

So it’s a new year and a new class, and we are looking at energy for our inquiry. So yesterday we looked at a video called saving Heironymus which is about the green house effect and what you can do to help stop it.

So I think first I should explain what the green house effect is. It is when there is  a imaginary  glass cage around the world keeping all the warmness in. It works well enough to keep the earth warm enough. So with out it everything would be extremely cold.

Ok so Carbon dioxide makes it stronger which makes the earth warmer and makes the weather go crazy so the sea levels will rise a bit every year and over millions of years there will be no earth if we keep on making carbon dioxide. Ok so I know this can get boring but I am almost done.

Ok so using house hold appliances causes more carbon dioxide. So you can help stop the green house effect by cutting down on using house hold appliances. Like switching off the lights at night switching off the T.V. when your not in the room and things like that.

So Thanks for reading and hope that you got the message and cut down on using house hold appliances Frankie.

Ok so what do we really care about most people in the world well I bet at least 45% will say they really truly care about people in Africa starving every day but do they really actually do any thing but talk to there friends about it? My answer is no they don’t actually physically do anything! Ok so what about our 1st world problems we care about stuff like:

  • being to skinny/fat
  • if our hair looks good
  • missing our favourite TV shows

when people in 3rd world countries don’t get T.V and to worry about being fat they worry about dying and diseases! ok so here is a picture and a video crusty of Google images and You Tube:

Day of the Dead is a Mexican holiday observed throughout Mexico and around the world in other cultures. The holiday focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died. When I was younger me and my family went to this museum to learn about it and  apparently it is a happy celebration of there life! It is particularly celebrated in Mexico where the day is a bank holiday. The celebration takes place on October 31, November 1 and November 2, in connection with the triduum of Allhallowtide: All Hallows’ Eve, Hallowmas, and All Souls’ Day. Every thing that is in blue is from this webpage: Wiki
